  • For a one day rental, we offer our standard day rate as listed on each item.

    For multiple days, we offer the first day at our standard day rate, then a half day rate for every rental day after that up to six days.  After six days we roll over to our weekly rate.

    We never charge for the afternoon you pick up or the morning you drop off (as long as you return your rental before 11am).

    Need a longer rental?  We offer competitive prices that work within your budget.  Contact us for custom bookings and a personalized quote.

  • Our office is located at 998 Harbourside Drive, North Vancouver, however we are not alway on site.  Please email contact us to schedule a time to meet. 

    We're happy to offer free parking. Give us a heads up when you're on your way and we can meet you outside.

  • Once our gear has left the shop you are 100% responsible for loss, theft or damage.  In the unfortunate event that something happens to the equipment while it is in your possession, you will be responsible to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the gear.  If you need temporary coverage we suggest contacting Front Row Insurance for a free and fast quote.  If you are already insured please bring in or email us a copy of your policy or a current Certificate of Insurance stating your coverage.  For more information please review our rental terms and conditions.

  • We’re excited to offer delivery across Vancouver and along the beautiful Sea to Sky. When you book equipment, you can request delivery directly to your shoot location. Simply provide your address and preferred delivery time, and we'll confirm availability and schedule your drop-off. We ensure your gear arrives on time, in perfect condition, and ready to use—so you can focus on your production, not the logistics.

  • For sure!  All we ask is that you let us know as soon as you know your plans have changed and no later than 12pm the day before your scheduled pick up day.  If you cancel after 12pm the day before your scheduled pick up day we will charge 50% of the first day rental to your credit card.  If you miss your pick up day without letting us know we will charge for the full first day.
